Leslie also offers a 3 Session Package for $260. This can be purchased in person or over the phone.
Life has an interesting way of taking you in a direction and showing you what possibilities are out there. I have been working as a teacher for the last 10 years, but halfway through that life created a turning point for me. One that brought me to a place that made self-care, both physical and emotional, a priority. I felt drawn into becoming educated in a few healing modalities and began learning how to help myself, which then led to helping others.
Once I started learning more, the more I wanted to learn. First exploring Reiki, which led to Craniosacral and then the Bowen Technique, the latter two which address stress and pain in the body with a soft tissue, muscle, and nervous system focus. I love being a student of life, working with others and my clients, finding that those I meet are also my teachers and for me creates more curiosity and learning. I am interested in the Mind/Body connection, as well as the Physical/Emotional connection of past experiences that can be held in the body.
As my journey continues, I am happy to include facilitating Breathwork. What began with the energetic work of Reiki, to the inner world of our breath, I appreciate being able to help and support others with their self-care and finding balance in their daily lives.

Chad Friel
I studied Remedial Massage Therapy at Western College in Regina SK. While there I learned sports massage therapy, orthopedic assessment, muscle energy techniques and manual soft tissue work. Over the years I became interested in finding ways to treat the body more holistically. I studied Psychology, Yoga, Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy and eventually became a Yoga Therapist. By combining the modalities I’ve studied and learned I came up with something I call Yoga Integration. Please see below to read more about Yoga Integration. I believe the body has a natural ability to heal, but sometimes we need help in order for healing to occur. I aim to facilitate the body’s natural ability to heal by creating the space for that healing to occur, whether it’s a physical injury, muscle tension, stress or something deeper. I also teach massage therapy at the college level part-time, as well as continue to teach yoga and yoga workshops. In January of 2024, I began a new journey to become an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner. While I’m in school I will be offering Ayurvedic health coaching at a discounted price.
I specialize in treating the following; Pre and post-orthopedic surgery, shoulder rehabilitation, fibromyalgia and physical pain, stress, anxiety, and depression.
I hold certifications in the following; Registered Massage Therapist, Myofascial Cupping, Yoga Therapist, Reiki Level 3 Practitioner, Yin Yoga Certification, Restorative Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga 200hr, Advanced Yoga Teacher Training, Cranial Sacral Therapy Level 1 (Upledger).

Hailey Paul
Hailey will be phasing out massage from her practice by the end of April. Hybrid sessions will still be offered.
As an acupuncturist I believe that every person/body is unique and deserves a treatment that is tailored to their specific needs. When we tailor treatment to meet an individual’s unique constitution it allows us to treat the root cause of symptoms. My aim as a practitioner is to address the root cause while dissolving symptoms to provide you relief. Treatment not only uses acupuncture but may also include herbal formulas, cupping, electrical stimulation, gua-sha, diet/lifestyle advice and tuning forks (sound healing) to best assist you along your healing journey. Also being a massage therapist massage may be applied to move stagnation and decrease tension where needed. My area of focus is in treating digestion, reproductive health, pain conditions and emotional health, however is not limited to these as acupuncture can treat a wide range of ailments.
I believe it is our responsibility to be in service to one another, hold space for one another and be part of a collective together. I strive to honour this for each person while holding a healing, non judgemental space where all aspects of you are welcome.

“I believe a good health practitioner is someone who can remain humble, curious, compassionate and maintain an open mind. After years of practice, I still uphold these values, maybe even more so! My treatment philosophy aligns with the fundamentals of Traditional Chinese Medicine – health is an ongoing process of maintaining balance within the body. Locate the root or underlying cause of your issue in order to construct lasting change – supporting your body’s ability to perform its natural functions optimally with minimal interventions. I believe taking the time to go over all the variables and individual needs is vital to each person’s journey, I never want a patient to feel unheard. Collaboration, consistency and understanding are fundamental in achieving positive results with Chinese Medicine. I love being a pivotal part of my patients’ healthcare team! To be able to build long-lasting relationships, and see my patients through all their stages! Come for acute or chronic conditions and then to maintain health and longevity! I love what Chinese medicine can do and after all these years I still find myself incredibly passionate and humbled by this job!” - Dr. Yip
